Annielakewear's return and exchange policy covers misprinted/damaged/defective items only. Any claims for these types of items must be submitted within 30 days of product receipt and can either request a replacement or a refund. Photographic proof may be required. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If your order is returned due to carrier error or an invalid address, we will offer to reship the order. Please note that the fulfillment service Printful will be handling these requests.
